About Me
Ola is a transactional lawyer with Bachelor’s degrees in Classics (Latin and Greek) and Law. She has a Master’s degree in Law from the University of Dundee, Scotland. She has over two (2) decades of experience post-call to the Nigerian Bar, with expertise in Petroleum Law and Policy.
Moyosola is highly experienced in Legal Advisory services and possesses deep expertise in oil and gas transactions and projects. She has worked closely in support of commercial, technical (drilling and operations), human resources departments. She is well versed in drafting and maintenance of high-level oil and gas contracts. Her experience cuts across multiple disciplines including, Company Secretariat, Contracts, Compliance, Commercial, Corporate Social Responsibility, Business development and Marginal Field Bids and Acquisition. She is currently undertaking a Project Management certification program at the University of Calgary, Continuing Education, Alberta, Canada
